Head of CRM
DESCRIPTION
Our client is recruiting a Head of CRM to develop their CRM strategy, implement processes and provide insightful analysis to develop effective email and direct marketing campaigns.
They are looking for an experienced CRM professional with strong experience working with databases, segmention and email marketing platforms. You’ll be responsible for selecting and implementing a technical solution based on an analysis of the needs of the business, driving our continued growth.
The Head of CRM will be responsible for
Engage existing customers, drive loyalty and develop retention strategies
Identify optimal channels for acquiring new email subscribers
Develop a testing strategy to identify the optimal deployment times for emails and provide insights back to the Marketing team
Ongoing management and continued segmentation of email database
Apply creativity and data interpretation to positively influence the consumer behavior
Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
Develop dashboards and related reports in a business intelligence platform from a variety of sources including CRM, financial systems, and social media statistics, web-based analytics
Manage CRM configurations and maintenance
Maintain appropriate infrastructure and software for CRM system and ensure effective integration with other systems
Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums
REQUIREMENTS
Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry
Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
Experience selecting, designing, implementing and managing CRM technical solutions
Knowledge and experience in data analysis and reporting, including Microsoft Excel including pivot tables
Experience of working within a fast-paced environment, and adhering to competing deadlines and priorities
Creative thinker in respect of problem solving and conflict management
Detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently within a global team, including the ability to work with a remote, diverse group of stakeholders
A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organisation
