Dinning Servies Aide - Rogers Memorial Hospital - Brown Deer, WI

The Dietary Services Assistant is responsible for sanitation and organization of all food preparation, service and storage areas; properly washing and storing dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans; properly assembling, dating and delivering the appropriate meals, snacks and stock requisitions to the units; properly portioning, stocking and displaying desserts, salads and condiments for dining rooms and trays. The Dietary Service Assistants also assists with special functions/catering as needed, to include set-up, delivery and clean-up.

Required Skills

1. No formal education is required. 2. Dietary Services Assistants working in a CBRF and/or RCC program(s) are required to complete CBRF first aid, universal precautions, and dietary courses within ninety (90) days of hire.

Hospital, institutional, or restaurant experience is desirable.
