IT Security Testing Business Analyst Senior - FIS - Brown Deer, WI

Responsible for planning and coordinating information security engagements and project tasks, which include facilitating the tracking of updates, coordinating and delegating security tasks to team members, distributing reporting to a wide audience, and escalating non-compliance as required.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Serves as a communication liaison between the security test team and other FIS functional or department managers to understand the status of security vulnerabilities.

· Creates information security documentation and reports related to work area and completes requests in accordance with company requirements.

· Provides reports on security matters to develop security risk analysis scenarios and response procedures.

· Interfaces with line of business teams to monitor project plan and validate that plan is in compliance with timelines as required by corporate policies and standards.

· Provides project management support to the application and network penetration testing teams to ensure engagements are scheduled and on track, in accordance with policy.

o Manages a holistic testing schedule

o Coordinates pre-testing meetings with the line of business and the tester

· Develops, implements, and maintains business processes, procedures, and sustainable reporting.

· Performs data analysis and comparisons on a monthly basis to validate completeness and accuracy of data.

· Manages the third party testing program. Duties include:

o Interfacing with the internal teams to facilitate the vendor onboarding process

o Serve as a liaison between the FIS line of business, FIS client and third party vendor to facilitate testing request

o Manage client communication and tracking of test results

· Escalates non-compliance and/or past due project status to management.

· Identifies opportunities and executes plans to improve workflow and understands business impacts of those improvements for communication to management.

· Interfaces with user community to understand security needs and implements procedures to accommodate them. Ensures that user community understands and adheres to necessary procedures to maintain security.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
:

· Basic understanding of information technology concepts

· Proficiency in time management, communication, decision making, presentation and organizational skills

· Proficiency in planning, reporting, establishing goals and objectives, standards, priorities and schedules

· High proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook

· Proficiency/basic understanding of SharePoint

· Decision-making and problem solving skills

· Verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization

· Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees and/or clients


Highly-skilled with extensive proficiency. Develops large and/or complex solutions that require analysis and research. Works on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert. Works on projects/issues of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across multiple analytical areas and business segments. Coaches and mentors more junior business systems analysts. Works under minimal supervision on complex projects. Wide latitude for independent judgment. Typically requires up to six or more years of demonstrated business analysis experience with at least one project as the business analyst lead on a “large” project (i.e., a project with duration of more than 6,000 hours or spanning more than 4 months).
