Cameron Cole: FINANCE LAWYER – IN HOUSE - INVESTMENT COMPANY – BRUSSELS

Our client is a leading organisation who is seeking to appoint a finance lawyer to join their in house legal team of over 10 lawyers in their Brussels, Belgium office. The company manages a whole range of asset classes across multiple international geographical locations.

The team are seeking to add a finance lawyer with 1-5 years experience. You will have broad experience in Finance law, ideally in; review and negotiation of the legal aspects of the Project Finance and PPP Real Estate; financing law , public procurement regulations, public-private contracts and specifications, bids / offers , promotional agreements – DBFM or similar and subcontracts. Fluency in Dutch and English required, if you have French fluency that would also be beneficial.
