Maintenance Mechanic Support - Kohler, WI - Kohler Co.  - Kohler, WI

Participate in Maintenance Mechanic training. Perform general maintenance and work on all machines and equipment including:

• Installation, repairing, rebuilding and maintaining production equipment.


• Provide all required preventative and predictive maintenance procedures on process machinery and equipment.


• Repair a variety of hydraulic and pneumatic valves and controls, pressure regulators, pumps, etc.


• Proficiently utilize a wide variety of tools and equipment hand tools, power tools, socket sets and wrenches.


• Reading and interpreting blue prints, operate and read Micrometers venires.


• Maintain technical competence in advancing technology via frequent training courses, on-the-job training, and vendor schools.

Skills/Requirements

Required- High School Diploma/GED equivalent.

Desired degree in Industrial Maintenance or Automated Manufacturing Systems Technology; or must be enrolled/willing to enroll in an accredited, equivalent degree program.

• Demonstrate reading skills at 11th grade level or above through exam.


• Demonstrate math skills at 8th grade level or above through exam.


• Competency demonstrated through Maintenance Mechanic technical exam.


• Pre-employment clearance of required background check and drug screen test.
