Second-Shift Janitor/Housekeeper - David J. Frank Landscape Contracting Inc. - Germantown, WI

We are seeking a Housekeeper/Janitor to join our team! We have four geographical locations around the Milwaukee area that need some attention during second-shift hours, and we need a dedicated individual to fill that role.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings and facilities in clean and orderly condition


• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing carpets


• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as paint touch-ups and replacing light bulbs


• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields


• Ability to handle physical workload


• Strong attention to detail


• Strong organizational skills
