Scheduler and Case Manager - Companion Care - Sheboygan, WI

Companion Care is looking for a part-time Scheduler and Case Manager. Must have previous experience scheduling caregivers with clients who live at home. Case Management would involve working with families, doctors, and nursing agencies. Must also have experience. Applicant should be a CNA or have a social work background.
