    Position Overview:

We currently have a great opportunity for the right individual to join our Finance and Disbursements team in the position of Global Payroll Coordinator. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual to leverage his/her payroll and tax knowledge to process various domestic and international payrolls. The payrolls and taxes must be processed accurately and timely, while adhering to various control points, company policies and government regulations to ensure compliance and limit risks to avoid penalties/fines. The successful candidate must be committed to providing excellent customer service, continuous learning, and improving our processes. Additionally he/she needs to be able to manage vendor relationships and contracts.


    Responsibilities:


    • Process domestic payrolls for our various locations to ensure accurate and timely paychecks

    • Oversee our global payrolls, manage the relationship with our 3rd party global payroll provider

    • Lead new country payroll implementations and define new processes

    • Review accuracy of payroll tax reports/forms/payments; manage relationship with 3rd party tax processor

    • Research/stay current on payroll and tax laws (federal/state) to ensure compliance

    • Maintain tax rate changes within the system to ensure proper tax calculations

    • Test SAP and BSI systems during upgrades and tax changes to ensure system accuracy

    • Provide SAP and Kronos information/reports to offer labor/wage insights to leaders and finance

    • Correctly process garnishments, child support orders, levies, etc., to adhere to court orders and state/federal laws.

    • Administer the GPS Bonus program

    • Create process maps and update procedure documentation

    • Back-up other duties within the payroll department

    • Assist with other projects, reporting, and analysis as required by the business

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred


    Experience:


    • 5 years of payroll experience required

    • Multi-state tax and W2 processing experience required, experience with ADP tax services a plus

    • CPP preferred, but aptitude/willingness to achieve would be considered

    • Ability to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with ERP systems; SAP a plus

    Shipping/Receiving Supervisor - Wisconsin Precision Machining Company - Grafton, WI

    Requirements:
    2 years experience in shipping/receiving in a mfg. environment. (i.e. pulling/packing orders, BOL’s, compare pack lists to what was actually received, etc.)

    Ability to use measuring instruments (e.g. micrometer, caliper…)


    1 year experience in forklift operation. (i.e. moving inventory around and loading/unloading freight)


    Basic computer skills (MS Office, UPS.com)


    Clean driving record for driving company truck.


    Ability to lift +50 lbs.


    Ability to prioritize/multitask and adapt to potential changes in priorities.


    Responsibilities:
    Follow all safety and regulatory requirements


    Familiarity with the QMS requirements


    Familiar with the Quality Policy Statement


    Familiar with quality objectives and how they contribute to achieving these objectives


    Familiar with their relevance and importance of their activities


    Receive, identify, expedite and inventory materials consistent with QMS


    Accurately verify dimensional and visual product conformance, as specified with QMS


    Identify and segregate nonconforming product (including suspect product) consistent with QMS


    Perform inventories as directed


    Create wooden shipping containers, as needed, of various sizes and shapes


    Prepare/process shipping paperwork according to the QMS


    Perform all shipping duties per the QMS


    Prepares a daily plan for company driver’s route


    Communicate with the Operations Manager regarding inventory levels as directed


    Additional duties and tasks as needed and directed by the Operations Manager.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    Ability to operate and understand basic computer functions, data entry systems and devices.

    Primary Purpose

    Receives, stocks, stores, and distributes supplies and equipment. Maintains and monitors par levels of stock and inventory.


    Major Responsibilities

    Receives incoming materials and equipment and inspects/verifies the accuracy and the condition of the items before signing for the delivery.

    Ensures efficient and accurate record-keeping systems to verify receipt, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment.

    Prepares, distributes and transports supplies and equipment for safe and appropriate distribution to facilities, departments, or other entities as required.

    Provides for the timely distribution of all supplies and equipment in response to issue requisitions, customer requests, defined replenishment schedules and purchase orders.

    Warehouses and maintains inventory levels and performs issues and credits for supplies and equipment as necessary.

    Replenishes and maintains specialty carts, trays and kits (Code Carts, Isolation Carts, Lime Trays, etc.) checking for outdated supplies as necessary.

    Ensures proper preparation, packaging, initiation of return, and any required follow-up to returned material to vendors as instructed by appropriate documentation.

    Maintains security, orderliness, and cleanliness in all working areas while providing for the continual checking, rotation and removal of outdated and/or damaged materials.

    80 hours per pay period.

    Monday – Friday 7-3:30.

    Typically do not work holidays or weekends, but need to be available if the situation arises.
