- Answering phone calls and taking messages for staffs (RN, Admin & HR)
- Making calls or sending out notices to either PCWs or Clients as needed
- Organize and create New PCWs’ Binder
- Organize and create New Clients’ Binder
- Ensure office cleanliness and execution of internal processes
- Verify and organize Time Sheets
- Update Clients’ Master List
- Organize Clients’ Chart Binder
- Filing paper work as instructed by Administrator
- Instruct customers and new staff to the appropriate location or personnel
- Assist in updating PA Tracking and RN Visits
- Communicate with Human Resource of any changes within PCW profiles
- Communicate with RN of any changes within Clients’ Chart
- Verify Insurance in Forward Health twice a month
- Perform other duties as assigned and consistent with level of preperation and additional duties asdeemed necessary.
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
Required language:
- Fluent in English and Hmong preferred
