As the Meat & Seafood Clerk you will be responsible for utilizing your customer service skills to provide guests with prompt, courteous service by taking and preparing meat orders according to guest specifications

You will apply your knowledge of equipment use, food safety standards, sanitation standards, inventory control to effectively manage your assigned area. You will also employ your culinary skills by cutting, trimming, weighing, and wrapping meat products to size for general sale

Skills/Requirements

Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:

• A high school diploma
  


• Prior experience in a meat department is preferred
  


• Strong organizational and communication skills
  


• The ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift
  


• Additional skills sought include high attention to detail, positive personal interactions skills, and the ability to work on and complete multiple tasks in a timely fashion.
