Technical Lead / Scrum Master - Streams Inc - Mequon, WI

Minimum qualifications:
Qualifications
1. At least 5 years of embedded real-time firmware development using C or C++.
2. At least 2 years of experience with Python.
3. Experience leading teams of 5 or more people.
4. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methods.
5. Systems design experience using object-oriented analysis and design, in C and C++.
6. Proven ability to develop embedded firmware that optimizes run-time performance, memory requirements, and code re-use.
7. Experience with the full development life cycle (analyzing requirements, design, development and test).
8. Familiarity with embedded firmware development tools, including the capability to debug, step through code and perform traces if needed.
9. Experience with typical embedded control peripherals (ie. RAM, Flash, UART, PWM, A/D, CAN, I2C, and SPI).
10. Experience in low level driver development and communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet/TCP/IP, CAN, EtherCAT).
11. Experience with real-time analog and digital data acquisition and control.
12. Proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems which involve both firmware and hardware.
13. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
14. May be required to travel to Rockwell facilities internationally
15. Experience in industrial motor control systems is a great advantage.
16. Experience with Functional Safety systems is a great advantage
17. Experience with ClearCase (version control) and ClearQuest (anomaly reporting) is a plus
18. Experience with Code Collaborator (code review tool) is a plus.
19. Familiarity with applicable standards and certifications, including EN 60947-1, EN 60947-4-1, EN 60947-5-1, UL508C, IEC 61508 is a plus.
20. Familiarity or proficiency with SAP for product data management is a plus.

Education Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

Required experience:
