Guest Services Receptionist (Part-Time) - Ideal Image - Fox Point, WI

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Front Desk Receptionist with recent sales and customer service experience. Associates work in a proactive environment with self-accountability. The Guest Services Receptionist is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience, building relationships, and selling the value of laser hair removal and associated skin care products. The ideal candidate will bring excellent customer service skills, credibility and high integrity, coupled with an excellent work ethic.

The Guest Services Receptionist is responsible for:

• Greeting guests in a friendly manner as they enter the center
  


• Answering incoming calls
  


• Scheduling the guest for follow-up appointments and placing reminder calls
  


• Receiving guest payments
  


• Upselling additional treatment areas and/or skin care products
  


• Ordering office supplies

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 2 years in a customer service, guest oriented environment (preferably in a high-end spa, country club, beauty industry, high-end retailer or similar)
  


• Sales experience
  


• Microsoft Office experience
  


• Must demonstrate great attention to detail
  


• Must be able to multi-task
  


• Reliability and flexibility with your schedule
