Tenant Service Worker - Atrium Senior Living of Plymouth at South Horizon - Plymouth, WI

At Atrium Health and Senior Living , Tenant Service Workers assist tenants with activities of daily living while continually promoting tenants’ independence and freedom of choice.

Tenant Service Workers assist with daily living tasks such as:

· Dressing, Bathing & Personal Hygiene Care

· Light Housekeeping Tasks

· Monitoring Transfers and Ambulation Techniques

· Administration of Medication

· Escorting to Meals and Assisting with Meal Service

· Coordination of Transportation Needs

Applicants must:

· Have successfully completed or be willing to complete and maintain CBRF

Caregiver Program training

· Have CPR certification or be willing to complete and maintain CPR certification

· Be able to think, act and intervene independently in both routine and emergency

situations

This position requires the physical ability to:

· waist lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds with frequent waist lifting of objects weighing up to 25 pounds

· push and/or pull objects with a maximum effort of 25 pounds

· stand or walk for 3-4 hours and to frequently bend, squat and twist body during an 8-hour day

Applicants must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
