Customer Care Specialist/Scheduler - In The Nick of Time Moving, LLC - West Bend, WI

In the Nick of Time Moving has part time and full time positions open. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and emails. This person will use their knowledge of products and services as well as great customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and interact with customers and delivery technicians via telephone and email communication. Knowledge of MS Office to include Excel and Outlook is necessary. Strong organization skills and communication skills are necessary.Tasks include:

• Ability to multitask and work in a demanding, fast paced environment


• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally


• Manage excess of 80-100 calls and 20 or more daily e-mails


• Strong organization and communication skills as well as teamwork skills are necessary


• Ability to upsell products and services is essential


• Follow established procedures and guidelines, address problems and complaints, suggest solutions and drive positive results

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be team oriented and able to manage time efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills needed. Must be available for overtime and scheduled weekend work.Job Type: Part Time and Full TimeSalary: starting at $10.00/hour and up
