Full Time

Staffed Hours M-TH 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., F 10:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m.

The Club Manager will be responsible for all day to day operations of their club:

• Timeliness/accuracy of all daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of reports.


• Achieve budget sales and quarterly gross production goals


• Community involvement; Supports and volunteers at community functions


• Succeed in rolling out all promotions


• Advertising/promoting inside the club with specific marketing plans.


• Minimize Attrition; monitor club culture, renewal process


• Oversee all operations of the club; cleanliness, schedule equipment maintenance, accountable for ensuring 110% customer satisfaction, responding to all alarm calls, ordering supplies for the club, etc.


• Recruiting, training and maintaining an above standard grade with New Hires.


• Co-Manage the Personal Trainers and hold PT accountable to same service standards.


• Conduct oneself in accordance to a healthy lifestyle and as an ambassador of the Fitness mission.


• Out of town meetings may be required.


• Dress professionally; logo attire provided.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong Sales abilities; Working knowledge of Computers-Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook; Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required. Applicants must also have excellent time management skills, problem-solving skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to constant changing requirements.

Education & Experience Requirements:
College degree in business management or equivalent degree AND/OR experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $2,000 monthly base salary plus competitive commission and bonus structure!


• Benefits include: Vacation/PTO, paid holidays, 401k with 2% employer match, voluntary insurance, percentage of continuing education, weekly personal training session, and more.

Physical & Transportation demands: Must be able to actively move through the club to work with staff, members & equipment. Must have the ability to travel to another club location and assist another manager, if needed, as well as occasional out of town meetings.
