Health Clerk (30 hours per week/Days-SNS) - HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital - Sheboygan, WI
Facilitates patient and clerical activities, including order entry, documentation, communication of information necessary for patient care, system management, chart assembly and analysis, customer service/public relations activities related to patient care and unit operations. Ensures accurate data collection and data entry to facilitate customer satisfaction and timely and accurate reimbursement for services. Education Additional training and experience in the medical field desirable. High School Diploma or GED-Required Experience Working knowledge of medical terminology and/or previous course in medical terminology is desirable. Successful completion of training program. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Not Required |
