ACSM responsibilities include providing and maintaining high customer service standards and share responsibility for customer service operations, procedures, policies and team performance. Assist in supervising and directing front end activities, operations and personnel in the absence of the Customer Services Manager. Performs service desk and related team member functions, as warranted.
- Knowledge and/or experience in working in front-end grocery operations.
- Knowledge and experience in cashiering, and performing basic bookkeeping/related account records.
- Management a plus.
- Able to perform occasional checking/bagging functions, when business warrants such assistance.
- Able to provide excellent customer service skills, which include excellent verbal communications and dealing with customer issues and personalities.
- Able to provide excellent organization, attention to detail, multi-tasking and time management, and general overall administrative skills.
- Able to meet position productivity and quality requirements. This includes ability to work accurately with numbers, accounts, etc.
